Registration and Payments:

There is a registration fee of $50 per athlete per year. Late registration is $45.00 per family. All session payments are due in full 3 weeks prior to the beginning of each session. Split billings are available at a surcharge of $10 if split payment arrangements are made prior to the payment due date prior to the start of the new session. All late payments will be charged a late payment fee of $25.00 and late payment fees will be strictly enforced. Camp payments are due 14 days prior to camp with the exception of the summer camp. Summer camp registrations are due no later than Apr. 15^th to hold your position. Summer camp fees are due in full June 1^st. Split payments are available at a $50 surcharge but arrangements must be made in advance of the June 1^st payment date. If payment or payment arrangements are not made prior to June 1^st a $30 late payment fee or $10 per week booked (whichever is greater) will be assessed and strictly enforced.

  Our payment plan is not designed to be overly strict. This past 2 months we have experienced a drastic increase in enrollments.  We maintain the lowest student to coach ratio in Broward and desire to continue the policy. As a result we must have a clear picture of the total number of students that we are being entrusted with to maintain this ratio.

  Summer camp was a huge success and will be a total sellout early next year. We are certain that we will be waitlisting many students next summer with the growing demand. Please enroll early to ensure you position. We guarantee positions for all Nova students that are enrolled on time. Thank you to all of the loyal Nova families for our largest and most successful summer camp in the 16 year history.

Sessions, Enrollment and Make Up Classes

Sessions are not sold in part to existing students. New students are pro-rated based on the number of weeks left in the session. Unfortunately we have to pay our coaches and overheads for the entire session and we cannot permit opting in and out at will. If you have to miss classes due to your schedule or illness you are permitted to make-up the class(s) any time during the session. You cannot carry make-up classes into the next session. You must pre-book a make-up class.  NO MAKE-UP WALK-INS are allowed without pre-booking. Monthly payments for team students are based on attending for the full session and prorated on a monthly basis. All rates are per session .

Dress Code

All students must be properly attired. Gymnastics girls are to be attired in a gymnastics leotard and gym shorts (optional) and gymnastics boys in a snug fitting shirt and snug shorts or gym pants. Cheer students may wear cheer shorts and preferably a leotard or a tight fitting shirt. Loose clothing is a safety hazard especially for students being spotted while tumbling.

Conduct while in the Gym

Absolutely no food, beverage or chewing gym is allowed outside of the lobby area. Only registered students are allowed in the gym area (outside the lobby). Parents and siblings must remain in the lobby area unless invited into the gym by a coach. Absolutely no jewelry other than small stud earring is to be worn. Nova reserves the right to discipline the students, within reason, and will sit out students when they disrupt classes or cause a safety issue. The number one goal at Nova is safe gymnastics and fun for all students. Students causing safety issues and problems for other students will be disciplined and if necessary asked to leave the program for a day or permanently if necessary.

 

Deposits, Payments and Refunds

All deposits are non refundable and there are no refunds for unused services. Early booking discounts are offered occasionally for some programs. If bookings are not made buy the specified date and or payments in full not received on the specified date the discount is void.
